In line with our environmental commitments, Eva Bachsen mainly produces to order to avoid overproduction, overstocking and unsold items.
Jewellery in stock is delivered within three to five working days. If you require an urgent order, please contact us for express delivery by courier.
For jewellery that is not in stock, please allow 4–5 weeks from placing your order to receiving your Eva Bachsen jewellery.
This includes processing your order, handcrafting your jewellery in our French workshop, quality control, and careful, secure shipping to your home.

- Our necklaces are precious pieces, made with natural gems set on prongs, and deserve delicate attention to preserve their brilliance over time.
- General rules (all variations): Avoid water: Remove jewelry in the shower, pool, or spa. No chemicals: Perfumes, lotions, detergents, and solvents can alter the stone and tarnish the gold. Avoid shocks: Navette-cut stones are thin at the ends and can become fragile if impacted. Remove jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or doing household chores. Gentle cleaning recommended: soft cloth or soft brush with warm, soapy water. Rinse well and dry. Store in a safe place, ideally in its original box or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
